You bet — check out the Stripes 3D Cork Panels for Wall. They instantly catch the eye, and that’s just the start. Made with real cork that’s naturally antistatic, they offer acoustic benefits, make rooms feel warmer, and don’t have that plastic vibe at all.

Got questions? We've got everything you need to know!

WHAT SPACES ARE BEST FOR 3D CORK PANELS FOR WALL?

You can fit them almost anywhere. In the living room, they’re perfect for adding a feature wall – maybe behind your sofa or TV. In bedrooms, placing them behind the bed brings both warmth and texture – cork feels soft and cosy too. They also look great in a home office setting.

Smaller spaces benefit from them as well. Use cork to bring attention to a hallway, add interest above the bed, or simply inject some style into your main room.

Outside the house, 3D cork works well in offices, coffee shops, restaurants, beauty salons, wellness rooms and therapy spaces.

HOW MANY TILES DO I NEED FOR A SQUARE METRE?

Each tile measures 0.05 m². So, to cover 1 m², you’ll require at least 21 tiles.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE INSTALLING 3D CORK WALL TILES?

  1. Let the cork adapt. Give the tiles at least 72 hours in the room where they'll be fitted – this helps them get used to the temperature and humidity. Otherwise, they might shift, or even peel off.
  2. Prep the surface. Your wall should be even, dry and smooth. Even minor imperfections can spoil the result or affect how well the tiles stick.
  3. Keep it spotless. Don’t stick tiles over grime, dust, leftover paint or wallpaper. A clean wall is essential for a solid hold.
  4. Plan your layout. Work out how you want your tiles arranged before applying any adhesive. Once you’re happy with the design, you can begin gluing.

WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO FIT 3D TEXTURED WALL PANELS?

We recommend Wakol D-3540 adhesive. The 0.8 kg size will do around 69 tiles, and the 2.5 kg option covers roughly 240 tiles. Apply the glue to both the wall and the back of the tile using a velour roller with a short pile. Spread it evenly without clumps. When the glue goes clear on both surfaces, you’re good to go – press the tile onto the wall firmly.

DO THE PANELS NEED TO ACCLIMATISE?

Yes, they do – leave them in the room for 72 hours so they can adjust to the conditions. This helps avoid issues such as tiles peeling or shifting later.

IS A SLIGHTLY UNEVEN WALL A PROBLEM?

Ideally, your wall should be smooth, flat, and clean. If there’s texture or unevenness, the cork may not stick properly and could come away over time.

CAN YOU NOTICE THE PANEL EDGES?

You might see the joins a little, but thanks to the design, they usually blend in well. To make them less visible, leave the panels to rest in the room for 72 hours before installing. This helps reduce the chance of visible gaps forming afterwards.

DOES CORK REALLY INSULATE AGAINST HEAT AND NOISE?

It does indeed – cork is very good at keeping warmth in and absorbing sound. Its structure includes millions of tiny air cells, which reduce both noise and heat loss. Unlike synthetic materials like plastic, cork provides this insulation naturally.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR NATURAL CORK?

Cork is easy to look after. Just clean it off now and then with a dry or slightly damp cloth – this is usually enough for day-to-day dirt or smudges.

For tougher stains, go with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner. Don’t drench it – cork doesn’t do well with excess water. Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, or anything abrasive as it may damage the finish.

ARE 3D CORK PANELS FOR WALL A GOOD CHOICE FOR FAMILY SPACES?

Yes, completely – cork is natural and safe, with no harmful chemicals. It’s perfectly fine for children’s spaces.

It’s also hypoallergenic – it doesn’t hold onto dust or mites. And because it breathes, it doesn’t trap moisture – which helps avoid problems with mould and damp.

IS CORK SUITABLE FOR KITCHENS AND BATHROOMS?

Cork can be used in areas with humidity between 40% and 60%. Its breathable nature helps stop mould – great for kitchen or bathroom use. But don’t get it wet – splashes or soaking will reduce its life. Keep it dry for best results.

CAN STRIPES 3D CORK WALL TILES BE USED OUTSIDE?

We wouldn’t recommend using them outdoors. Weather like rain and changing temperatures can damage the material and shorten its lifespan quite quickly.

Home should feel relaxing – not make you feel more stressed. Empty walls, sound bouncing everywhere, and harsh textures don’t exactly help you chill. Plastic panels? They might do the job visually, but they don’t bring warmth. Cork decorative panels – like Stripes – are a much smarter solution.

Black text WHY is it worth it?» with cork on the right on a white background.

#1 DESIGN THAT POPS

Stripes cork panels don’t look like your everyday wall features. They’re full of texture and unexpected charm – and that’s what makes them stand out. They’re eye-catching, and they always spark interest. People can’t help but comment.

The best bit? You’ve got total freedom in how you use Stripes. Go vertical or horizontal, cover one section or go wall-to-wall. There’s no single way to make it work – the design choices are all yours. You’ll soon realise you don’t need to repaint or replace furniture to freshen up your room. It’s an effortless upgrade – all in your own style.

#2 HOW CORK BEATS THE USUAL CHOICES

We’ve all gone for paint or wallpaper before. They look sharp – at first. Then everyday life shows up. With cork, you’re not choosing between looking good and being useful. It gives you both. Stylish? Definitely. Functional? No doubt.

Cork is made to last. It’s more scratch-resistant than paint, it won’t easily peel like wallpaper, and it offers both sound absorption and a bit of extra warmth. Set it up once, and you’re good to go for years.

#3 NATURAL STYLE THAT DOES GOOD

Living more sustainably is no longer just a trend – it’s becoming how we live. We recycle, avoid plastics, and carry reusables. But interiors also play a part. And that’s where cork shines. It’s compostable, reusable, and even reduces carbon.

Cork isn’t synthetic – it’s harvested by removing the bark of cork oaks, without cutting down the trees. The bark grows back naturally, and the same tree can be used again every 9–12 years. It’s a process that’s renewable, low-impact, and completely plastic-free. Just clean, sustainable nature doing its thing.

#4 NATURAL PERFORMANCE YOU CAN TRUST

Cork panels don’t just bring style – they add real comfort and functionality. They soften sound, improve the acoustics of any space, and give your walls a cosier feel. Plastic or concrete might look sleek, but they can’t compete with cork’s natural warmth.

Cork is non-toxic, doesn’t produce dust, and won’t trigger allergies. It repels dust thanks to its antistatic properties, helping keep your indoor air fresher and less dry. It’s ideal for spaces like nurseries, bedrooms, lounges or workspaces. And when kids play near the wall, you know they’re touching a safe, natural material – not one filled with chemical residues.

Think natural surfaces are tricky to clean? Not at all. Cork is easy to maintain. Just wipe it with a damp cloth or gently dust it with a soft brush. Its subtly textured surface keeps small marks or scratches from standing out, so it stays looking good effortlessly.
