- Notifying us about the type of return transport and providing us with the date and number of shipment,
- Delivering your shipment exclusively to our return products warehouse (different from our company's registered office address - please ask our customer service),
- Ensuring that your shipment is complete and in the intact condition,
- We will only accept returns at all costs paid - no charge.
