Length is sufficient, but are there any wider cork rolls?
In regular sale we have cork rolls 0.8 to 10mm thick and 100cm wide, which are always in stock. Cork roll 1 meter wide is available right away and delivery time is 48 hours. There is a possibility of ordering cork rolls of nonstandard width upon special order, however in such a case the order has to be placed for wholesale quantity. Other widths available are: 95, 120, 130, 140 and 150 cm. The chart on the right shows the minimum order quantity for each thickness. Order delivery for such an order is around 4 weeks. Cork material from 2 to 10mm thick can be purchased in any quantity as they are sold per linear metre. If you are looking for something different a special order according to the given measurements can be made. However one of the proposed dimensions of the large cork board cannot exceed 100 cm. What means we could produce an 80x150cm giant cork board, but 150x150cm might not be the case.
Cork material is a fine material that can be fixed in a variety of ways. The cheapest and the easiest method to fix it is by gluing it with cork glue. We recommend Wakol D-3540 that can be found in our ‘Cork Glues’ section. Our advice is to use around 200 grams of glue per sheet, which means that 0.8kg of glue is enough for a rolled cork of 1mx4m, and a bucket of 2.5kg - 12 SQM. Of course using cork glue is not obligatory. The most widely used fixing glues and strong wood binders. It is best to choose a product with good initial tack, as it will make the job easier and faster, especially for the less experienced.
