WHAT ARE THERMOKORK PRO PANELS?

They are high-performance thermal insulation panels designed for industrial use. In winter, they reduce heat loss, while in summer, they prevent interiors from overheating. They help save energy in spaces such as production halls, warehouses, and other industrial facilities.

WHAT ARE THERMOKORK PRO INSULATION BOARDS MADE OF?

The core of each panel is made from a 3-millimetre polyurethane foam with a density of 400 kg/m³. The outer layers are made from natural cork.

WHICH THICKNESS OF FOAM CORK INSULATION BOARDS SHOULD I CHOOSE?

It all depends on your expectations and budget:

15 mm – an economical choice for industrial applications.
17 mm – a budget-friendly option with slightly greater thickness.
19 mm – the optimal balance for effective insulation.
23 mm – maximum insulation performance.

HOW TO INSTALL THESE THERMAL INSULATION PANELS?

The panels are installed using a contact adhesive — we recommend Wakol D-3540. Remember that the surface must be clean, dry, and even to ensure proper adhesion and long-lasting installation.

DOES NATURAL CORK REALLY INSULATE?

Yes, it does. Cork has a structure made up of countless closed air cells that effectively limit heat conduction. It provides stable insulation performance across a wide temperature range, is resistant to moisture, and also helps reduce noise — an added benefit in facilities with high noise levels.

WHY IS FOAM USED IN THERMAL INSULATION BOARDS FOR WALLS?

The polyurethane foam core contains countless closed air cells that effectively reduce heat transfer. This type of foam provides one of the highest levels of thermal efficiency available among industrial insulation materials.
