WHAT IS ADHESIVE STRIP TAPE CORK?

It is a practical strip of cork rolled into a convenient roll in the form of a tape. Common uses range from finishing and decorative applications to industrial and technical purposes. It’s also ideal for custom pinboard surfaces, DIY projects, crafts and hobbies, as well as for sealing and protecting surfaces.

The wider tape quickly covers a larger area than the classic narrow tape, but is more convenient to handle than a full roll/sheet of cork – less cutting, less waste.

HOW DO ADHESIVE STRIP TAPE CORK TAPES DIFFER FROM ONE ANOTHER?

All tapes in this collection feature a 350 mm width. What sets them apart is the cork thickness and the overall length of the roll.

WHAT IS THE CORRECT WAY TO APPLY ADHESIVE STRIP TAPE CORK?

Simply remove the protective backing and press the cork strip firmly onto the selected surface.

Please note:

The adhesive bonds instantly once applied.
For the best hold, apply to smooth, flat, clean and dust-free surfaces (such as plasterboard or furniture panels). Poor surface preparation will affect adhesion.

DO I NEED EXTRA GLUE?

No additional adhesive is necessary. The tape comes with a pre-applied adhesive layer, meaning there’s no need to use any extra glue during installation.

HOW IS CORK TAPE DIFFERENT FROM A STANDARD CORK ROLL?

It's the same material, but cork rolls are typically wider. They're used for applications such as covering entire walls or creating large, wall-sized cork boards. Cork tape is narrower, making it suitable for projects that require a self-adhesive backing but don't require the width of rolls.

IS ADHESIVE CORK SUITABLE FOR UNEVEN SURFACES?

We do not recommend using it on uneven or textured surfaces. To achieve proper adhesion, the cork should be applied to a flat, dry, clean and dust-free surface. Otherwise, the cork may peel off and fall off the wall.
