A room does not need more furniture to feel complete. Sometimes, the missing element is a wall finish that gives the interior structure without making it look heavy. Upholstered Cork Wall Panel Piramid introduces a repeating triangular pattern that brings order, depth and a stronger decorative rhythm to the surface. The padded construction softens the geometric lines, while the natural cork finish adds warmth. The result is a wall feature that feels distinctive but remains easy to combine with the rest of the room.

WHERE CAN PIRAMID UPHOLSTERED WALL PANELS BE USED?

Piramid panels can be used in several ways:

  • to build a geometric wall composition – cover a broad surface or create a smaller feature that draws attention to a chosen part of the room.
  • to create an upholstered headboard – the padded finish makes the area behind the bed feel softer, while the triangular pattern gives the bedroom a more individual look.
  • to mark out a particular zone – arrange the panels behind a desk, sofa or reading corner to separate the area visually without adding another piece of furniture.

WHAT IS INSIDE AN UPHOLSTERED CORK PANEL?

The panel consists of three separate layers, each serving a different purpose. The shaped MDF board forms a firm base and preserves the precise outline of the panel. The middle foam layer creates its padded profile, while the outer cork fabric provides the characteristic texture and natural colour. This construction combines a stable form with a noticeably softer wall finish.

HOW DO I ATTACH PIRAMID PANELS TO THE WALL?

We recommend fixing the panels with Mamut adhesive. It allows them to be bonded directly to a properly prepared wall, so you do not need screws, brackets or drilled holes.

HOW DO I GET THE WALL READY FOR PIRAMID PANELS?

Before installation, make sure the wall is firm, flat, dry and completely free from dust or loose material. A well-prepared surface helps the adhesive grip evenly and makes it easier to keep the triangular composition neat and correctly aligned.

Do not install the panels immediately after delivery. Place them in the intended room and leave them there for at least 72 hours. This acclimatisation period allows the materials to adapt to the temperature and humidity before they are fixed permanently.

CAN I CHOOSE A DIFFERENT UPHOLSTERED PANEL DESIGN?

Yes. The collection includes a range of ready-made shapes, each creating a different visual effect on the wall. We can also discuss custom-made options for projects that require a particular format or pattern. Send your idea through the contact form so we can check what is possible.

HOW SHOULD PIRAMID CORK PANELS BE LOOKED AFTER?

For routine care, gently remove dust with a soft cloth or duster. A lightly dampened cloth may be used when needed, but the surface should never be soaked. Do not scrub the cork or apply strong detergents, abrasive cleaners or rough sponges.

Some interiors have all the right furniture but still lack a clear focal point. A plain wall can leave the whole arrangement feeling unfinished, no matter how carefully everything else has been chosen. Upholstered Cork Wall Panels Piramid add structure, softness and a natural finish in one step. Their repeating triangular form creates a distinctive backdrop that gives the room more depth without relying on loud colours or overly decorative accessories.

#1 A PATTERN THAT BRINGS THE WALL TO LIFE

The Piramid design is built around a clear sequence of triangular forms. Once the panels are placed together, the separate elements create a continuous pattern that gives the wall a stronger sense of rhythm. It is an effective way to make a large surface more interesting without filling the room with additional decorations.

The design can be used on a complete wall, behind a bed or as a defined feature above a desk or sofa. Its geometric character suits contemporary interiors particularly well, while the natural cork finish prevents the pattern from feeling too sharp or technical. The panels work comfortably alongside wood, plain fabrics, muted colours and simple furniture.

#2 CLEAR GEOMETRY, SOFTER EFFECT

Triangular patterns are naturally expressive, but the upholstered construction gives them a gentler appearance. The padded profile introduces subtle depth, while the cork fabric adds a warm, textured surface. Together, these details help turn a flat wall into a feature that feels structured without becoming visually heavy.

The modular format also makes it easier to match the installation to the proportions of the room. You can create a broad horizontal arrangement for a headboard, build a taller composition in a narrow space or use the panels to frame a specific zone. This allows the pattern to become part of the layout rather than an unrelated decoration added at the end.

#3 NATURAL MATERIAL, REPEATEDLY HARVESTED

Cork comes from the outer bark of the cork oak. Harvesting does not require the tree to be felled, and the removed bark gradually grows back. The same tree can therefore provide cork again in the future, making it a renewable material with a very different origin from fully synthetic wall finishes.

In the Piramid panels, cork is used not only for its natural appearance but also to soften the overall character of the geometric design. It brings together a structured contemporary pattern and a material sourced from nature, giving the wall a finish that feels distinctive, warm and considered.
