Begin by preparing the surface, ensuring that the wall is smooth, clean and completely dry. Next, spread a suitable contact adhesive, such as Wakol D-3540, over both the wall and the reverse side of the natural cork. A brush or paint roller will help you achieve a consistent layer. Allow the glue to become transparent before positioning the material. Carefully place the cork roll against the wall and press it firmly across the entire surface. The adhesive needs approximately 24 hours to cure, so avoid disturbing the installation until the following day.
